Description
Sun or moonlight glinting off the water creates a beautifully inviting pattern, and with the Shimmering Water Stencil, you can bring this effect to your cards! For the best results, use a foam or dauber tool in a dabbing motion rather than a blending brush to keep the delicate stencil pieces in place -- this technique helps create a crisp, clean pattern for building your scenes.
1 stencil sized at 5 1/4" x 6 1/2"
