Delivery and Refunds
UK DELIVERY
All UK orders over £60 are eligible for FREE Tracked 48 delivery and orders over £200 are eligible for FREE tracked 24 delivery, orders under £60 will be charged at a standard rate of £3.99. We also offer Royal Mail 24 Hour tracked for £6.99.
If you are local to Barrow-in-Furness, we also allow pick up from our office at 5-7 Harrison Street, Barrow-in-Furness, Cumbria, LA14 1JF.
Orders placed before 1pm Monday-Friday will normally be sent out the same day. Orders placed after 1pm Friday or on a Saturday and Sunday will be processed the following Monday. Orders will be sent out via Royal Mail and take 1-3 working days to arrive, larger items may be sent via courier and can take 3-5 working days. Please allow extra time during busy times such as Christmas.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
We ship to countries worldwide. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer free delivery outside the UK.
All international orders are sent using a fully tracked service. Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the weight of your order.
European Union (EU)
For eligible EU orders, VAT is collected at checkout under the Import One-Stop Shop (IOSS) scheme at the VAT rate applicable to your delivery country.
For selected EU countries, we also collect applicable import duty at checkout through our shipping service. If your country is eligible, any import duty due will be calculated automatically and included in your order total, helping to avoid additional duty charges on delivery.
For EU countries where this service is not currently available, import duty is not collected at checkout. Any import duty, customs charges, handling fees or other charges requested by your local customs authority or delivery company will be payable by the customer before delivery.
All Other International Destinations
For destinations outside the UK and EU, we only collect any taxes shown at checkout where applicable.
Any import duty, customs charges, taxes, brokerage fees, clearance fees or other charges imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer and are payable directly to the relevant customs authority or delivery company.
As customs regulations vary between countries and may change without notice, we recommend checking with your local customs office if you are unsure what charges may apply before placing your order.

RETURNS
Our policy lasts 28 days. If 28 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can not offer you a refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Please email us at sales@bumbleberrys.co.uk before returning any items.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer, unless you are advised to by us.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, Any item that is returned more than 28 days after delivery (unless agreed before hand by us)

Once your return is received and inspected, If you are approved, then your refund will be processed.
Exchanges (if applicable)

Please include a note with your return to include your name, order number (if known) and the reason for your return.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, due to change of mind.
For faulty products the cost of the return postage will be added to your refund up to the standard rate for Royal Mail Tracked , we will not be responsible for any additional extras should you choose Special Delivery or next day courier. For larger returns for example any of the Spellbinders machines, we may be able to send you a returns labels.
Please obtain proof of postage when returning goods, as we are not responsible for any lost returns and you will need to make a claim directly with Royal Mail.
We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
