Hello, I've got a card for you today using Avery Elle More Furry Friends, Pierced Scalloped Rectangle Elle-Ments and Picket Fence Elle-Ments.
All stocked products will be linked at the end of the blog post.
I started by stamping the cute little bearded dog in Tuxedo Black Memento Ink onto Neenah Solar White Card Stock, colouring with my Copic markers and fussy cutting him out. I tip I picked up somewhere (but I can't remember where) is when you fussy cut an image, turn the image over and run the edge of a black marker to round the edge to cover any places you may have missed. Doing it from the back makes sure you don't slip onto the image itself.
I then took another piece of Neehah card cut to A6 and used Distress inks in Broken china and Twisted Citron with a mini ink blending tool to colour the background to look like the sky and grass.
I used the Picket Fence Elle-ments dies to cut out a picket fence, 2 clouds and a butterfly out of more neenah solar white card stock. I added grey marker to the fence and clouds to add shadow and dimension and coloured the butterfly in pink.
I used Ranger Multi Medium Matte to fix them to the card. I love this glue because if it squidges out a bit under the die cut, you can't see it as it dries in a matte finish. I used foam tape to adhere one of the clouds to add dimension. I also used foam tape to add the dog.
I cut out a pierced rectangle frame in Neenah solar white and colouring it yellow with my markers. I cut foam tape down the length to make skinny strips to add the frame to the card.
I finished by adding Spectrum Noir clear shimmer pen to add a little sparkle to the dog and butterfly.
