It's no secret that I absolutely love the watercolor coloring book from Altenew - it's amazing value and means that I don't have to buy 12 separate stamp sets to enjoy the images.

Today I'm sharing two cards using the Lawn Fawn Vellum, the Exotic Blooms, Altenew Watercoloring Book, and the Apron Stamp & Cut XL sentiment -Happy Birthday
I watercolored both pages with Karin Markers, and turned them into cards.
Card One
The pages are amazing cottom watercolor paper, and I've used my Karin Markers to color in the image with just a few markers - Orange Red, Gold, Apple, Grass, and Turquoise.
The easiest way for my to add vellum is to stamp with black ink and then clear heat emboss. This is quick, and leaves a perfect stamped image. I also wrap around the vellum and attach to the back of the panel so there is no adhesive showing.
I've trimmed the panel down about 1/8th of an inch smaller than a standard A2 card base, and attached it with foam pads.
Card Two
I've colored with Karin markers again, this time using - Magenta, Almond, Apple, and Grass.
Again, we've clear heat embossed the stamped sentiment, but this time only one side is wrapped around the card panel.
I've left the coloring clean and haven't added anything else. The panel has been trimmed to 5" x 3.75" and mounted onto an A2 card base with foam pads.
