Hello there, it is Verity here from Pretty Little Button for the Bumbleberry Design team. Washi tape is such a versatile product and it can come in many different sizes, colours and styles. Today I've got two 5 minute cards with washi tape featuring the gorgeous Aurora Borealis washi tape. I kept them very clean and simple and I think these are perfect unisex cards to have in your stash.
Written and photos 5 Minute cards with Washi Tape:
For this first card, adhere 3 strips of the Aurora Borealis washi tape onto a card panel measuring at 5.25x4". Next, foam mount this onto a white card base.
For the sentiment, stamp in black ink a sentiment from the folk art stamp set onto a white card strip. Add this to the card with foam pads for a definition. Lastly, embellish with Ebony Black Nuvo Crystal Drops.
For this second card, I kept it very simple and allowed the white space to frame the design.
Tear one end off your washi tape and add it to two thirds of the card base. Next, stamp a sentiment from the Whimsical Herringbone stamp set in black ink.
Again, finish this card off with a few black nuvo drops.
