Hello there, it is Verity here from Pretty Little Button for the Bumbleberry Design team. One way to add interest to cards is to use layering. This card features stamps and dies from PinkFresh Studio to make an elegant and stunning mini slimline card and the Mini Slimline essentials die set from PinkFresh studio meant adding layers was super easy. I also coloured these florals really quickly with some ink blending for a soft delicate look.

Start off by heat embossing the It's A New Day floral stamp set in gold embossing powder and die-cut with the coordinating dies. For the florals, ink blend with Pink Champagne ink, making sure you cover the whole flower.
To add a bit of shading, use the Altenew Detailed blending brushes to add Polished and Rouge Ink to the centre of the flowers and where the petals fold. For the leaves and foliage blend using Sage and Spruce inks.
To build interest with layers, die-cut one of the rectangles and circles from the Mini Slimline essentials die set out of white cardstock. Add the rectangle to a mini slimline card base and use foam tape for dimension.
Pop up the circle in the middle of the card base and then add the florals around the edge. Make sure you varying the levels of dimension to create more interest with added layers. For the sentiment, stamp in black a sentiment from the Celebrating You stamp set and cut with the coordinating die.
After you have added the sentiment to the front, embellish the card with sequins to add a touch of sparkle.
