As promised, here's another card using the Concord & 9th Hi There Bear Stamp Set
I used my Misti to help with lining all the stamps up.
First I stamped the striped background block in Lawn Fawn Merman Ink on to an A6 piece of white card.
I then stamped the bear outline in My Favorite Things Extreme Black Hybrid Ink I filled in the middle with the coordinating stamp using Memento Rich Cocoa ink.
I stamped the balloon outline with the Extreme Black Hybrid Ink and used Lawn Fawn Peachy Keen to fill it in.
I stamped the sentiment Happy Birthday Friend with the same Extreme Black Hybrid Ink.
