Here's another really quick card for you today Using Concord & 9th Party Wishes Stamp Set, Distress Oxides and Altenew Tiny Bubbles Stencil.
I took an A6 piece of white card and taped down the Tiny Bubbles Stencil over it. Using a ink blender, I added colour with Distress Oxides in a rainbow across the card.
I used Versamark Onyx Black ink to stamp the Make A and Wish from the Concord & 9th Party Wishes Stamp Set in the center.
I then trimmed the white card down and mounted onto a piece of black card.
It really was quick to make, maybe 10 mins as the sentiment carries the whole card.
