Hello there, it is Verity here from Pretty Little Button for the Bumbleberry Design team. At times it can be hard to colour a realistic white looking flower - well for me it is and I don't have the patient to sit there colouring them in. However, you can easily use layers of white cardstock instead. So my tip for white flowers with white card - just add dimension!

Popping the layers up on foam, allows the layers to create showers, and these shadows give the flower depth and dimension. This is such a quick way to make a realistic white flower in no time! I used the lower Altenew CAF: Cosmos but you could use any layering die you have. So let's get started!

Start off by die-cutting all the layers of the Altenew CAF: Cosmos layering die from white card, including the flower inners. Next, use foam pads and adhere each layer on top of one another.

For the flower inners, colour these with Chiffon and Limoncello Catherine Pooler inks, adding these to the flower centres. To create the background, directly stamp the Altenew Striped Circle stamp in Juniper Mist Catherine Pooler Ink onto a card base.

To assemble the card, die-cut a circle out of Burnished Rose cardstock, foam mounting onto the centre of the stamped background.

Next, heat emboss a sentiment from the Striped Circle stamp set and fussy cut out. Add these onto the circle die with foam pads. Embellish the sentiment with the two layering flowers created earlier on.

Lastly, embellish the card with white round circle sequins, scattering around the florals and sentiments.
